The following terms and conditions apply to all sales from E-Go Electric Bikes;
Please choose your E-Bike carefully as we do not give refunds if you change your mind or choose the wrong bike for your purpose.
While every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of the website it can occur that there are minor modifications to the models which are not immediately reflected in the specifications. These are not considered material enough to alter the contract of sale.
If your payment method does not meet our fraud prevention tests you will be required to confirm additional details. Your order will not be fulfilled until we have cleared the queries raised. If you do not provide the requested information within 7 days then the order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded back to the method in which it was paid. These information requests are sent to help protect credit card holders from online fraud.
Should you opt to have your bike delivered unassembled then you are responsible for completing the assembly and the fine tuning of your bike. If any parts are damaged or missing then you must contact us via email or phone call within 24 hours of delivery. It is recommended that a bicycle mechanic assembles the bike for you.
If there is no one home to receive the electric bike then the customer is responsible for any re delivery fees.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have knowledge of and comply with the laws where you intend using the electric bicycle.
It is your responsibility to use the electric bike in a safe manner and within your capabilities. Riding an electric bicycle can be dangerous with the potential to cause injury or even death. You the customer take full responsibility of your own safety, and the safety of others in the general public.
